BUDDING chefs at Willersey Primary School Cookery Club pulled out all the stops for a VIP tea party.

Teachers, parents and governors were the guests of honour at the party in Willersey Village Hall last Wednesday (July 1) which raised money for new pans and equipment for the school.

The children, aged between five and ten-years-old, used produce from their gardens and donated by Warner’s Budgens to prepare a feast of canapes, tarts, eclairs and summer pudding.

The annual Golden Spoon best young chef award was presented at the party to Charlotte Clarke.
