62nd Great Comberton Show

THE 62nd Great Comberton Show, one of the longest running traditional village shows in the country, takes place this Saturday.

A tug-o-war, plank plodding, egg throwing and a dog show will entertain crowds while the main marquee will be displaying over 800 entries for the various classes of fruit, vegetable, flowers, arts & crafts, children’s work and more.

The event, which starts at 2pm, will also feature classic cars, a casino, face painting, a bar and barbecue, cream teas as well as a variety of other stalls.
