A LORRY is believed to have knocked over a set of traffic lights in Worcester.
Police say they are appealing for witnesses after traffic lights were knocked over on London Road, near to the Seacrest Fish Bar, at 6pm on Thursday evening.
Staff from Highways were trying to get the lights back up and running yesterday.
Call police on 101 quoting 532S131114 with information.
