MEMBERS of a Worcester youth club made the most of the sunshine on Saturday.
The Lyppard Hub Youth Club, based at the centre in Warndon Villages, visited the Top Barn Activity Centre in Holt Heath, near Worcester.
They took part in a number of outdoor pursuits, including kayaking, tackling a climbing wall and playing on a bouncy castle.
Youth leader, Jadon Ortlepp, said: "We organised this trip with our young people for many reasons including, broadening their horizons, building their confidence, learning new skills, developing social skills and learning to work as a team — but most of all to have a fun and enjoyable day.
"I was delighted to see they achieved all of these things and more and we hope to repeat a similar trip again next year."
The youth club, aimed at 11 to 16-year-olds, meets every Tuesday and Thursday at the hub and is free to attend.
