BENGEWORTH Green narrowly lost 6-4 to Littleton Bears in Evesham and District League Division Two.

Bears’ Paul Bruner remained undefeated throughout the evening.

Wyre Livewyre got the upper hand on Wyre Barbedwyre, eventually winning 7-3.

Mike Moore, of Barbedwyre, beat Kevin Potts and Ray Griffiths, while John Buxton saw off Griffiths.

Chris Gooderham won all his three singles matches.
