EVESHAM United have seen two players leave and one join as they prepare to face Bridgwater Town at home tomorrow (3pm).
Keeper John Bateman and midfielder Neil Barnfield have both left the Robins ahead of the Calor Southern League Division One South and West match at the Jubilee Stadium.
But former Cheltenham Town youth-team centre-half Jamie Sauntson has joined from Gornal Athletic and goes straight into the squad.
Manager Paul Collicutt will turn to teenage keeper Louie Barnfather for the Bridgwater match but is looking to recruit another custodian.
Barnfather was sent off for United against Wimborne Town in December but Collicutt was impressed with his showing in the 3-2 victory over Stourbridge in the Worcestershire FA Cup semi-final.
United are looking to return to winning way following three consecutive defeats against Shortwood United last Saturday, Didcot Town and Mangotsfield United.
Collicutt said: “The big thing now is to win as many games as we can between now and the end of the season.”
On the departures of Bateman and Barnfield, the Robins boss added: "We parted on very good terms and they have got their own reasons for doing what they've done."
