THE rugby is back this weekend as Evesham RFC return to action following the extended Christmas break.
The last two rounds of matches in 2022 in the Regional 2 West Midlands division were postponed due to the widespread freeze across the country.
Evesham host Worcester this Saturday and with hopes of avoiding relegation fading fast, this provides a chance to eat into the gap now separating them and third bottom Crewe & Nantwich (14 points).
Evesham will be out to avenge the dramatic late defeat they suffered at Worcester earlier in the season (15-14).
