Having posted 164-4 from 40 overs, Bretforton dismissed their visitors for just 113 and will now face Derbyshire group winners Rolleston at the Recreation Ground on Sunday in the first national round.

In reply, the visitors began solidly with the bat and soon reached 56 without loss in the 17th over before three quick wickets fell.

A superb throw from the boundary by Jack Dell ran out Pete Cross, Cafaero bowled Cooper for a duck and left-arm spinner Alex Evans caught and bowled Corbett for 56.

Elmley never recovered and collapsed to 113 all out in the 37th over, with Evans finishing on 4-21 and Steve Edghill clean bowling the tail to close with 3-9 from four overs.
