EVESHAM United manager Matt Clarke has swooped to sign former Worcester City striker Luke Corbett.
The 27-year-old started his career at Cheltenham Town and went on to play for Gloucester City and Leamington among other clubs.
Corbett scored five goals in 15 appearances for his hometown club Worcester but fell out of favour at St George’s Lane. He was loaned back to Leamington before finishing the 2011-12 campaign at Bedworth United.
Robins boss Clarke has also brought Redditch United defender Tesfa Robinson to the Spiers and Hartwell Jubilee Stadium and appointed veteran midfielder Neil MacKenzie as player-coach.
Thirty-six-year-old Mac- Kenzie played for Evesham last season and has a wealth of experience at the likes of Stoke City, Kidderminster Harriers, Blackpool and Notts County. He replaces Kieran Jackson.
