CHILDSWICKHAM Gun Club held their Christmas shoot with members competing for the John Gazey Memorial Trophy and the Russell Bindoff Prize.
The scores were based on a handicap system taken from the best six shoots throughout the year by qualifying members, compiled by club secretary and treasurer Allan Clayton.
Dave Lindup took the top spot and lifted the trophy followed by Clayton, after a shoot-off, in second place and Danny Andrews in third.
The high gun of the day was won by club stalwart Paul Colley, who also claimed the charity pool shoot.
A spokesman said: “Grateful thanks to all at Oldwell Farm for their hospitality and to Sean and Emily Perry, of Cotswold Shooting Ground, for their support throughout the year.”
The club’s annual meeting will be held at Childswickham Village Hall on Wednesday January, 14.
