SARAH Jones was voted player of the match in her final game for Evesham and Badsey as they won 4-2 at Shipton Oliffe.
The West Clubs Women's Hockey League Severn Division Two leaders fell 2-0 behind after previously denying their hosts through Zoe Miller, Hannah Davis, Lucy Treverrow and keeper Pip Webster.
Third-placed Shipton scored twice from short corners but Lydia Webster fired Evesham and Badsey back into the game.
The visitors produced a determined second-half display and Jones equalised after her team increased the pressure with three consecutive short corners.
Evesham and Badsey defended well to keep out Shipton and despite going one player down due to injury captain Laura Moore put them ahead for the first time.
They then forced three more short corners in quick succession with Webster eventually making it 4-2 to ensure Jones was given a fine send-off.
