WORCESTER Wolves have slumped to a third successive British Basketball League defeat, losing 94-81 at Plymouth Raiders.
There was little between the two sides for much of the encounter, with Wolves leading 45-44 at halftime.
Paul James’ men were also trailing by just three points going into the final five minutes before Plymouth powered home.
Maurice Walker top scored with 26 points in only his second appearance since joining the club last week, while Jermel Kennedy chipped in with 18.
But this will be another tough defeat to take for head coach James, who has not tasted a win since late October.
The loss also came two days after struggling Manchester Giants snatched a dramatic 89-88 victory at the University of Worcester Arena.
