A popular Evesham takeaway has gone up for sale.
The owners of Roly Poly Eats announced they were closing down their Evesham branch due to issues recruiting staff.
Now, the restaurant on Davies Road has been listed for sale on the property website, Rightmove, with the leasehold priced at £99,950.
A spokesperson of Veritas Business Sales (VBS), marketing the property, said: “My client has been operating here since December 2020 on a mobile basis while planning was granted.
“Since ownership, they have undertaken complete renovation, refurbishment and installed brand new equipment along with fixtures and fittings which are all included within the sale price which is a huge plus for any new purchaser as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time.
“The business is now being offered for sale due to other business interests needing his full attention.”

According to the listing, the business has an average weekly turnover of circa £8,000 and has two years remaining on the current leasehold.
The VBS spokesperson added: “We believe that there is further potential to increase revenue by expanding on the current opening times and increasing the food offering.
“The business has within a short space of time built a strong reputation within the local community and beyond and as such has a high level of regular and repeat trade.
“This is a superb opportunity to purchase a young growing business which is a great base to build upon and as such early viewing is highly recommended as this is not to be missed.”
The sit-in restaurant only opened in March, following on from the success of the brand in Pershore during the lockdowns.
CEO of Roly Poly Eats Darren Lusted announced the decision to close the Evesham branch via Facebook.
His post read: “We're sorry to say that Evesham has permanently closed.
“After some long, hard, conversations and soul searching we feel this was our only option for the sanity of everyone within the business.
“It couldn't cope with demand with the little staff we had.
“It's not even about the money, there literally isn't anyone out there."
The post ends by stating that the original Pershore branch will continue.
There are also plans to potentially extend opening days and reopen the upstairs.
